Step 1 - Free Consultation
We will arrange a suitable time to meet with you to discuss your website needs and ideas.
We prefer to meet you in person to begin building our relationship, but this meeting can be carried out on the telephone if you wish.
We will learn about your business or organisation, budget constraints, timelines for completion, what you hope to accomplish, and who your intended audience are.
From this free consultation we can accurately quote for the project.
Step 2 - Website Plan
We will summarise these ideas in a written proposal.
This helps both of us clearly understand what the website is supposed to do, how long the development process will take, and the costs involved.
We will also provide you with a list of the website content you will need to supply to us.
Step 3 - Project Payment
We will provide details of project payments within the Website Plan, so there's no need to worry about hidden extra's.
All costs will be detailed and confirmed with you before any changes are made to the Project Plan.
Step 4 - Free Development Website
We will allocate you with some space on our test servers and provide you with a private link so that you can review the progress of your site at any time.
Step 5 - Domain Names & Hosting
If you have already registered a domain name, that's not a problem. We can easily situate your new website using this domain.
If not, we will register your chosen domain name/s (subject to availability), on your behalf.
We will activate your hosting service when your website is ready to go live, ensuring that you don't loose valuable hosting time.
Step 6 - Website Completion
When your site is finished, we'll make it live.
We will then complete any search engine submissions as detailed in the Project Plan.
Step 7 - Post Completion Meeting
We will arrange a suitable time to meet with you to discuss developments, changes and updates, as well as plans for future developments to your website.
